PM Kisan Yojana: Even Small Mistake Can Be Big, Read This Information Before 24th Instalment

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has become an important economic support for crores of farmers in the country. So far 23 installments of the scheme have been deposited in the farmers’ accounts and now all eyes are on the next 24th installment.
But this time the government is not limited only to the process of depositing installments. Strict verification of beneficiary details is being done so that assistance reaches only eligible farmers. In such a situation, if your information is incomplete or incorrect, the next installment of ₹2,000 may be withheld.

So what five things to pay special attention to?
1. Is e-KYC complete or not?First check your e-KYC status by visiting the PM Kisan portal. If not yet completed e-KYC it is necessary to complete it at the earliest.
2. Aadhaar and bank account details should be sameSometimes just a difference in the spelling of the name also creates difficulty in the transfer of installments. All details on Aadhaar Card, Bank Account and PM Kisan Portal must be same.
3. Get land records verifiedVerification of land related details (land seeding) is required to be completed to avail the benefit of the scheme. If this process is pending, contact the local agriculture office or concerned authority.
4. Check your name in the beneficiary listSometimes names are removed from the beneficiary list due to errors in documents or other reasons. So go to the portal and check your name once.
5. Keep mobile number and bank information updatedEvery important information related to the scheme, OTP and installment information comes to your registered mobile number. So the mobile number should be active and the bank account details should also be updated.
