PM Modi and President Macron hugged in France, grand opening of Bharat Innovates 2026

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took an important step towards strengthening India-France relations by meeting President Emmanuel Macron in Nice city of France. During this, both the leaders together inaugurated the Bharat Innovates 2026 conference. During the meeting, both the leaders warmly welcomed each other and discussed various issues.

Special emphasis on innovation and technology

Bharat Innovates 2026 conference is being organized from 14 to 16 June. This program has been organized with the aim of promoting innovation, technological cooperation and investment between India and France. Startups, investors, industry experts and venture capital funds from all over the world are participating in the conference.

This event is being considered an important part of the India-France Year of Innovation. Its objective is to promote new technologies and create opportunities for partnerships at the global level.

Participation of more than 120 Indian startups

More than 120 deep-tech startups from India are participating in the conference. Apart from this, many major educational and research institutions have also participated in it. Many prestigious institutions including the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) are presenting their innovation and research work on the global platform.
