Uttarakhand News: 12 years of good governance and service, CM Dhami counted the major achievements of PM Modi’s tenure.

Uttarakhand News: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, while addressing the media at the BJP state office on Balveer Road, praised the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that Narendra Modi’s 12-year tenure as Prime Minister has been completed. This entire time has been dedicated to public welfare, good governance, service and upliftment of the poor in the country.

On behalf of all the residents of Devbhoomi, the CM congratulated the Prime Minister and wished him good health and long life. He said that the Prime Minister has created a new record of 12 years as the top elected leader and soon he is going to complete 25 years of serving the country in public life.

Now work is done on the ground

Making a direct attack on the Congress, the Chief Minister said that during the time of the opposition, the schemes were limited to papers only. Earlier governments used to just lay the foundation stone and the public used to wait for its inauguration for years. On the contrary, in the Modi government, the foundation stone of the scheme is also inaugurated within the stipulated time. He said that Congress gave false slogans for decades to remove poverty from the country, but Prime Minister Modi has done a great job by working on the ground to bring 25 crore people out of the poverty line.

Current government has ended corruption

Speaking on the issue of corruption, the Chief Minister said that corruption was deeply rooted in the earlier system, but the present government has eliminated it with the help of technology. Rs 4.31 lakh crore has been delivered to the beneficiaries through DBT i.e. the system of sending money directly to the bank account. Today the situation is such that if one rupee is transferred from Delhi or Dehradun, the entire amount reaches the account of the poor. Along with this, while referring to Ram Temple, he said that Congress kept postponing this matter for years, whereas under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the construction of the grand Ram Temple was completed, which has increased the pride of the country.

Congress appeasement and PM Modi’s policy of appeasement

Clarifying the policies of the government, the Chief Minister said that the policy of the Modi government is everyone’s support and everyone’s development, whereas Congress has always done the politics of appeasement. The farmers of the country are at the top among the priorities of the government. This is the reason that after taking oath for the third time, the Prime Minister first signed the file of Kisan Samman Nidhi. The government has brought real change in the lives of 81 crore people of the country by providing free ration, permanent houses to 4 crore poor and Ujjwala scheme to 11 crore women.

Mention of surgical strike and air strike

Describing Uttarakhand as Veerbhoomi, the Chief Minister said that every fifth soldier standing in the security of the country comes from this holy land. Today’s new India does not tolerate terrorism and responds to the enemies by entering their homes. Surgical strikes and air strikes have introduced the whole world to India’s new strength and working style. The army has completely destroyed the terrorist bases present in Pakistan. Along with this, Naxalism is continuously shrinking from within the country and the wheel of development is turning rapidly.

Prime Minister’s spiritual attachment to Uttarakhand

Talking about the development of infrastructure in the country, the Chief Minister said that whereas in the year 2014, only 11 kilometers of roads were being constructed every day, today more than 34 kilometers of roads are being constructed every day. Vande Bharat trains, Atal Tunnel and modern railway stations have become the identity of the new India. India has now become the third largest domestic aviation market in the world. He said that the Prime Minister has a special and deep attachment to Uttarakhand. Under his guidance, development works worth more than Rs 3 lakh crore are going on in the state.

More than 2 lakh women have become Lakhpati Didi

The ongoing redevelopment works in Kedarnath and Badrinath Dham have given Devbhoomi a new identity at the global level. So far, more than 35 lakh devotees have come for the Chardham Yatra. Whereas earlier only 500 people used to come for Adi Kailash Yatra in a year, this year till now more than 40 thousand people have visited. Connectivity in the state has been greatly strengthened by the all-weather road and Rishikesh-Karnprayag rail project. More than 2.54 lakh women of the state have become Lakhpati Didi, which is a great example of women empowerment.

The country became stronger due to historical decisions

The Chief Minister said that historic decisions like removing Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, abolishing triple talaq and giving citizenship to persecuted minorities of neighboring countries have been possible during this tenure. Today India is leading the world in terms of digital payments. The world’s largest vaccination campaign was conducted by making indigenous corona vaccine. The Chief Minister expressed full confidence that under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India will very soon become the third largest economy in the world and the dream of developed India will come true.
