गांधीनगर: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज गुजरात के ऐतिहासिक सोमनाथ मंदिर में आयोजित भव्य सोमनाथ अमृत महोत्सव में शामिल हुए. यह आयोजन सोमनाथ मंदिर के पुनर्निर्माण के 75 वर्ष पूरे होने के उपलक्ष्य में किया जा रहा है, जिसे लेकर श्रद्धालुओं और गुजरात के लोगों में खास उत्साह देखने को मिला. मंदिर परिसर को आकर्षक ढंग से सजाया गया है और कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालुओं के पहुंचने की संभावना को देखते हुए सुरक्षा के व्यापक इंतजाम किए गए हैं.
On this special occasion, a special Kumbhabhishek was performed with water brought from 11 holy pilgrimage sites of the country. A flag hoisting ceremony was also held in the temple premises amid traditional religious rituals and Vedic chanting. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the holy land of Prabhas Patan is illuminated with divine aura, where a wonderful confluence of spirituality and culture is visible. He said that flower shower, beautiful presentations of art, music and dance, continuous recitation of Vedic mantras and chanting of Shiva Panchakshari Mantra going on in the sanctum sanctorum is making the entire atmosphere spiritual.
