Prakas Raj Ramayan Controversy: Famous South actor Prakash Raj has once again come into controversy regarding his statement. A complaint has been filed against him after his alleged remarks on Ramayana and Lord Shri Ram, due to which the matter is gaining momentum.

BJP leader complained

BJP leader Bhanu Prakash has filed a complaint against the actor. He alleged that Prakash Raj’s statement has hurt the religious sentiments of the Hindu society and strict action should be taken against it.

What is the whole matter?

The controversy started with a statement given during the Kerala Literature Festival. During this, Prakash Raj narrated a different story related to Ramayana, on which people raised objection.

What was said in the complaint?

The complaint states that the actor has made derogatory and misleading comments on Lord Shri Ram and Ramayana. Along with this, his statement has also been presented as evidence in the form of a viral video on social media.

Demand for legal action

The complainant has demanded to register a case under several sections of the Indian Justice Code and IT Act. It was also said that action should be taken against those who promote such statements.
