Under the direction of director Jai Mehta, the shooting of Pralay will begin from next month. The shooting of the first phase will be completed by Diwali. Ranveer will then be away from work for some time after the birth of his second child. Hence, the production of the film will be given a planned break and the rest of the shooting will resume in 2027.

The story and screenplay of ‘Pralaya’ is jointly written by Jai Mehta and Vishal Kapoor, known for Lootere web series.
