New Delhi: The call for a large-scale reshuffle in the central organization of the Bharatiya Janata Party has intensified. Since assuming charge in January, the new national president Nitin Naveen was awaited for a long time to form his new team. Now news is coming that Nitin Naveen has finalized the names of his central team and the official list of new party office bearers can be released any time. In this new team, which is being prepared keeping in mind the electoral states and the upcoming strategies, every effort has been made to achieve regional and social balance along with experience and youthful energy. In this new organizational exercise of Nitin Naveen, the main executive body of the party 'National Executive' will also be formed afresh.

Central Election Committee will also be reorganized

The most powerful and highest decision-making body of the party, 'Parliamentary Board', is to be reorganized. It has a maximum of 11 members including the Chairman, but for some time now 12 members were working in it.
There will also be a reshuffle in the structure of the 'Central Election Committee' responsible for selecting candidates. In this, apart from the members of the Parliamentary Board, some senior leaders are given a separate place, which currently includes Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav and Mahila Morcha President V. Srinivasan.

33 percent women reservation

According to the amended rules of the BJP Constitution, it is mandatory to take special care of social and gender representation among the national office bearers of the party. In the proposed 38-member team of officials, it is certain that women will be appointed to at least 13 posts i.e. 33 percent seats. Along with this, arrangements have also been made to include at least three officials each from Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category. It is believed that the names of maximum 13 National Vice Presidents, one Organization General Secretary including nine National General Secretaries, 15 Ministers and one National Treasurer can be included in Nitin Naveen's team.

Possibility of getting place for 120 members

In this new organizational exercise of Nitin Naveen, the main executive body of the party 'National Executive' will also be formed afresh. In addition to the Chairman, there can be a total of 120 members, in which the presence of at least 40 women and 12 SC-ST members has been made mandatory. The structure of 'National Council' will also be prepared consisting of representatives of states, former presidents, parliamentary party members and heads of various fronts. In this, the National President will have the right to nominate 20 special members, so that the party can come out with full strength on every front in the coming elections.
