Along with the bulldozer action, preparations are also being made to impose Gangster Act on all the accused. The team of Ayodhya Development Authority has reached the house of one accused Lavkush Mishra. The team has surveyed his new house being built in Sahadatganj. His family members have been interrogated. Now preparations are being made to give notice.

Based on the investigation and action taken by the police so far, the evidence found is considered sufficient for the gangster. Police sources said that legal opinion is being taken for action under the Gangster Act. The case of Shri Ram Mandir donation theft has been going on since the first week of June. Upon receiving the information, the temple trust first investigated at its own level. Raids were conducted with the police and cash was recovered. When the matter came to light and pressure built, an SIT investigation was recommended to the state government. The SIT also remained camping for about a week. After investigation of all the facts, evidence of theft was found and the matter became more heated.

Let us tell you that the pressure of FIR on the trust also increased. After receiving the SIT report, Trust member Krishnamohan lodged an FIR against the 8 named and others. Police have arrested the named accused Ramshankar Yadav alias Tinnu, his relative Manish Yadav, Anukalp Mishra, involved in cash counting, Lavkush Mishra, Avinash Shukla, Ramashankar Mishra and Karunesh Pandey. About Rs 80 lakh have been recovered from them. Rs 20 lakh have been recovered from Avinash Shukla, Rs 20 lakh from Ramshankar Yadav Tinnu, Rs 18 lakh from Karunesh Pandey, Rs 16 lakh from Anukalp Mishra, Rs 14 lakh 32 thousand from Lavkush Mishra, Rs 7 lakh from Ramshankar Mishra and Rs 2 lakh from Manish Yadav.

Once again a massive raid

At the same time, rapid raids are being conducted against the accused again. Anukalp Mishra had also recently bought a house in Kaushalpuri. As soon as the news was published, the police team came into action. The police team of Ramjanmabhoomi police station along with the police of Rudauli police station reached Lavkush’s house in Fagauli Thakuran on Wednesday afternoon and obtained information from the family members regarding the source of income of Lavkush and the land and other valuables purchased within a year.

digging and searching the haystack

Police interrogated grandmother Girija Devi present in Lavkush’s house for a long time and obtained important information. Apart from interrogating the family members, searching the house, the haystack was also searched. By digging the pile of straw with a stick, he tried to find out whether the money stolen from the offering was hidden there. The straw was also searched because a few days ago, money was recovered from a pile of cow dung cakes at Lavkush’s place.

Police reached Karunesh’s house in two vehicles

Along with the police of Khandasa police station, the police team from Ayodhya in two vehicles reached the ancestral house of accused Karunesh Pandey in Jairajpur. The investigation started at around 1:30 pm. Police searched Karunesh’s house for about two hours. The police did not give any information after investigation. About 25 policemen were involved in this action. The third team of police reached Basawan village of Inayatnagar police station. Here is the ancestral house of accused Anukalp Mishra.
