In many big cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, people were seen standing in queues outside the Apple Store since night. As the morning approached, the number of customers outside many stores increased further. These included people who had already made pre-booking, while many customers reached the store in the hope of buying the phone without booking.
A queue of people was seen throughout the night outside the Apple Store in Select Citywalk, Saket, Delhi. Many customers waited for hours to be the first to buy and use the new iPhone. Some customers had pre-determined time slots while many were seen waiting for their turn. As soon as the first sale started at the Apple Store located in DLF Mall, Noida, a large number of people came to buy new iPhones.
Ajay, a customer standing in the line, told that he has come to buy the 1TB model of iPhone 18 Pro Max. He had already pre-booked the phone and was now waiting for his turn outside the store. Ajay is currently using iPhone 17 Pro but is very excited about the new model. He said that he wants to be among those who will be the first to use the iPhone 18 Pro Max.
Talking about the price of iPhone 18 Pro, its base model with 256GB storage is priced at Rs 1 lakh 64 thousand 999. The price of 512GB model is Rs 1 lakh 89 thousand 900. Whereas for 1TB storage model, you will have to spend Rs 2 lakh 39 thousand 900. The 2TB model with the highest storage is available for Rs 3 lakh 14 thousand 900.
The starting price of iPhone 18 Pro Max has been kept at Rs 1 lakh 79 thousand 900. It has 256GB storage. The price of 512GB model is Rs 2 lakh 4 thousand 900 while the 1TB model comes for Rs 2 lakh 54 thousand 900. The price of its top model with 2TB storage is Rs 3 lakh 29 thousand 900.
Both models are available in Black Silver Glacier and Burgundy color options. The company has also given a bank offer to the customers during the first sale. Offers up to Rs 7,000 are available on purchases made through selected bank cards. Apart from this, No Cost EMI option is also being made available to the customers.
Despite the expensive price, the crowd seen outside the Apple Store on the first sale shows that there is a lot of enthusiasm among the buyers about the new iPhone Pro model. Along with the customers who had made pre-booking, people who had not arrived without booking were also seen waiting for hours to get the new phone. The queues outside stores from Delhi to Mumbai and from Bengaluru to Hyderabad are further increasing the buzz about this launch.
