Pune Murder Case: Ketan Aggarwal was murdered in Pune on 18 June. Ketan was killed by his fiancee Siya Aggarwal. However, apart from the party, Ketan Aggarwal had planned many other surprises for his fiancee Sia Goyal’s birthday. Investigation into the murder of this Pune property dealer has revealed that he had got Sia’s name tattooed on his back. If sources are to be believed, Ketan got this tattoo done as a surprise gift for Sia’s upcoming birthday on June 19.
Three accused arrested
On June 18, Ketan Aggarwal fell from Lohagarh Fort. According to the police charge sheet, her death was the result of a premeditated murder committed by Sia, her alleged lover Chetan Chaudhary and their friend Ritesh Hinge. In this case, the police have arrested Siya, Chetan and Hinge.
Disclosure in charge sheet
Pune Rural Police has made the allegation in its 5,053-page charge sheet. It is told that Chetan Chaudhary pushed Ketan from behind near the ditch in the western part of Lohagarh Fort. At the same time, Siya Goyal kicked Ketan’s leg hard, due to which he lost his balance and fell into a deep ditch.
What is the whole matter?
According to the police, Ketan and Siya reached Lohagarh Fort at around 9 am on June 18, where Chetan Aggarwal was already waiting in disguise. Police allege that after reaching the fort, Siya signaled Chetan at the ticket counter and he started acting as per the plan. Police allege that after reaching the fort, Sia took Ketan near a ditch in the direction of Gherewadi village on the western side. After this, Chetan pushed Ketan and at the same time Siya kicked him.

Sources say that when Siya and Chetan were killing Ketan, a stranger witnessed the entire incident. However, that eyewitness was also threatened with the same fate as Ketan. The frightened witness remained silent but, when news of the incident started coming in, he contacted the police and recorded his statement. The eyewitness alleges that Chetan told him, ‘Keep quiet, otherwise I will throw you also down from the fort.’ The police is now re-examining the statements and other evidence found in this case.
