Let us tell you that this tragic accident took place in the early hours of 19 May 2024 at Kalyani Nagar Junction in Pune. Vishal Aggarwal’s 17-year-old minor son was allegedly driving a Porsche car worth crores under the influence of alcohol. During this, a speeding car hit a bike hard. In this accident, two young IT engineers, Anish Awadhiya (24) and Ashwini Costa (25), hailing from Madhya Pradesh, died on the spot.

After the accident, the minor accused was produced before the Juvenile Justice (JJ) Board, from where he was granted bail on nominal conditions in just 15 hours. Serious allegations against Agarwal family
The accused Aggarwal family was also accused of using money and influence. The investigation revealed shockingly that the Aggarwal family, on the basis of their influence, had got the minor’s blood sample changed in collaboration with the doctors of Sassoon Hospital, so that alcohol was not confirmed in the blood.
After this revelation, Pune Police arrested several people including the minor’s father builder Vishal Aggarwal, his grandfather and pub owners and the minor was sent to a reform home. Now despite such serious allegations, after the father got bail and then the video of such celebration has surfaced, once again the debate has started about the influence of the system and the rich.
