Punjab News: Bhagwant Mann speaks on fake video controversy, says no match found in forensic investigation

Punjab News: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has broken his silence regarding a controversial video going viral on social media. He has given his sharp reaction to this entire matter by releasing a special video message. The Chief Minister clearly said that this video is completely fake and it has been prepared as part of a well-planned conspiracy to defame him. He claimed that two separate independent forensic reports have made it completely clear that the person seen in the viral video is not him. Challenging the opponents, the Chief Minister said that the truth can never be hidden and forensic investigation has turned milk into water.

Big revelation made in forensic investigation

Giving information about the technical aspects of the video, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that during the investigation, each and every part of this video has been examined in detail. Forensic experts analyzed a total of 1,191 frames of the video in depth. This detailed investigation revealed that the facial expressions, height, physique and any other identifying features of the person seen in the video do not match with Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Apart from this, the biggest thing revealed in the report is that the person seen in the video is almost two inches taller than the Chief Minister. Investigation of the atmosphere surrounding the video and other technical aspects also proved that this video has nothing to do with the Chief Minister.

Political conspiracy of opponents exposed

Bhagwant Mann has termed this entire incident as a big political conspiracy against him. He said that some political forces are not able to digest the rapid development work that the Aam Aadmi Party government is doing in Punjab and the huge support it is getting from the public. To save their slipping political ground, these people have resorted to petty activities. The Chief Minister said that he has ordered the DGP of Punjab Police to take strict action in this matter. He said that those who are involved in making this fake video, those who have invested money in making it and those who are spreading it on social media will be identified and the strictest legal action will be taken against them.

Historic decisions of the government in the religious field

During his address, the Chief Minister specifically mentioned the work done in the interest of the Sikh community and religious institutions of Punjab. He said that some people are trying to mislead the public by doing politics in the name of religion, whereas his government has shown it by working on the ground. During the tenure of Mann government, vehicles carrying Palki Sahib have been completely exempted from motor vehicle tax. Along with this, special vehicles carrying sacred texts of different religions have also been given huge tax relief, so that city kirtans and religious events can be facilitated.

The Chief Minister also reminded that his government organized grand programs at the state level on the occasion of the 350th martyrdom day of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. For the first time in history, a special session of the Punjab Assembly was convened at Sri Anandpur Sahib and dedicated at the feet of the Guru. Along with this, Amritsar, Sri Anandpur Sahib and Talwandi Sabo have been given the status of holy cities. Speaking on the cases of sacrilege of religious texts, he said that in earlier governments, lax action was taken against the culprits, but his government has strengthened the laws so much that now it is impossible for the culprits to escape.

People’s love is strength

The Chief Minister said that whenever his government takes any major decision in the public interest, the opponents get nervous and try to create such fake controversies. Enumerating the major achievements of his government, he said that today more than 90 percent of the houses in Punjab are getting free electricity. More than 67 thousand government jobs have been given to the youth with complete transparency, without any bribe or recommendation. To improve the education and health system in the state, Aam Aadmi Clinic and School of Eminence have been opened. To strengthen the infrastructure, a network of roads is being laid and the biggest thing is that the availability of canal water has improved so much that now the water is directly reaching the fields of the farmers.

Completely dedicated to serving the people

At the end of his message, Bhagwant Mann said emotionally that he is completely dedicated to serving Punjab, Punjabiyat and its people. The love and trust of the people of Punjab is his biggest strength. He appealed to the people of Punjab not to be a part of any such misleading conspiracy of the opponents and to be cautious. He assured that no matter how many conspiracies are hatched, his relationship with the public will never weaken and he will continue to work day and night for the development of the state.
