Jagdishpur/Amethi. In order to improve the electricity system in Assembly Constituency 184-Jagdishpur and quick solution to the problems of the area residents, MLA Suresh Pasi on Wednesday directed 33/11 KV. Conducted on-site inspection of power sub-station Dakhinwara. During this, he held a public hearing on the electricity related problems of the citizens from the area and listened seriously to their complaints. During the public hearing, the residents of the area informed the MLA about the various problems being faced at the local level including electricity supply, low-voltage, power cuts.
Listening to every problem seriously, the MLA instructed the concerned officials to resolve it quickly and effectively. During the inspection, MLA Suresh Pasi took stock of the arrangements of the power sub-station and took information from the officials about the status of electricity supply in the area. He gave clear instructions that in view of the heat and other conditions, regular, smooth and uninterrupted electricity supply should be ensured to the area residents.
He said that any kind of negligence in the electricity system will not be tolerated and the problems of consumers should be solved on priority basis. The MLA said that serving the public, solving problems and development of the area is his priority. Continuous efforts are being made to provide better basic facilities to the area residents.
He told the officials that public representatives and officials should work in mutual coordination to provide immediate relief to the public. On this occasion, concerned officers and employees of the electricity department including the sub-divisional officer were present. The MLA's inspection and public hearing gave hope to the area residents regarding the solution to their problems.
