Rahul Gandhi spoke to the youth of Ladakh, said – democratic rights were crushed by suppressing their voices.

New Delhi. Congress MP and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi interacted with the youth of Ladakh. During this time the pain of the youth there was expressed. Rahul Gandhi has targeted the central government regarding this. He said that the people of Ladakh are not against development. They want jobs and industry, but development that benefits local people.

Rahul Gandhi has shared the video of his conversation with the youth of Ladakh on social media. In this he wrote that, the youth of Ladakh told me how their beautiful homeland has been turned into a police state. Their voices have been suppressed, democratic rights have been crushed and their land and fragile environment are being handed over to Modi ji’s billionaire friends.

He further wrote, the people of Ladakh are not against development. They want jobs and industry, but development that benefits local people. It is hoped that the Home Minister will understand this truth during his visit.
