Rahul Gandhi will go among students on NEET paper leak and unemployment, nationwide campaign will start from Kota

New Delhi. Congress is now preparing to reach out among students across the country regarding NEET paper leak, irregularities in competitive examinations and increasing unemployment. The party has announced that Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi will directly communicate with the youth and students on these issues.

According to Congress, this campaign will start on June 17 from Kota in Rajasthan, which is considered to be the biggest coaching hub of the country. After this, Rahul Gandhi will participate in students’ conference in Allahabad on 10th July, Patna on 11th July and Delhi on 14th July.

Preparation to give platform to students’ voice

Congress says that the purpose of this campaign is to go beyond supporting or opposing any political party and give a platform to those students who have been affected by paper leaks, delays in recruitment examinations and employment related crises. The party wants students to share their experiences and strongly demand transparency and accountability in the examination system.

Contact campaign will be run across the country

Congress General Secretary K.C. Venugopal said that under the program, a large-scale public relations campaign will be conducted to reach out to the students. In this, dialogue programs will be organized in colleges, universities, schools and coaching institutes. Besides, programs like social media campaigns, digital invitations, live screening and direct interaction with the youth will also be organised.

Issues will also be raised in Parliament

Congress has said that it will demand a comprehensive discussion in Parliament on these issues related to youth and students. The party claims that the future of millions of youth has been affected by examination scams and irregularities in recruitment processes, hence it is necessary to make the government accountable.

This campaign, which is being started keeping the youth and students at the center, can give a new direction to the debate related to the country’s politics and education system in the coming days.
