Rahul Gandhi's big announcement… March to Supreme Court tomorrow, demand for ban on SIR and resignation of Chief Election Commissioner…

Taking a big step in the country’s politics, senior Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi has announced to take out a march to the Supreme Court on Monday, October 12. Attacking the Central Government and the Election Commission, Rahul Gandhi has said that the country’s youth, opposition parties, civil society and all citizens who have unwavering faith in the Constitution will unite and march to the Supreme Court.

Let us tell you, this announcement has been made in protest against the alleged assault and police action against the youth and students who were protesting peacefully in Delhi recently. Rahul Gandhi alleged that the police and people associated with the ruling party used undue force with the youth protesting in Delhi on Saturday. He clarified that three major demands will be raised during this march – ‘Vote theft’ should be stopped, Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter list should be banned and Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar should resign.

Through this march, a memorandum will also be submitted to the Chief Justice (CJI) on behalf of the people of the country. Rahul Gandhi targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and other senior leaders, saying that they cannot suppress public sentiments and the voice of the country. After this big political development, the eyes of the entire country will be on the proposed march and tight security arrangements in the national capital Delhi on Monday.
