Rain in Delhi hinders flights, 15 flights diverted due to bad weather

New Delhi: The moderate rain in Delhi on Sunday has given great relief to the people from the scorching heat and sticky humidity. The sky remained cloudy since morning and it rained intermittently in many areas of the capital. This is the reason why the temperature dropped after the rain, due to which the weather became quite pleasant. However, the effect of bad weather has also been seen on air services, due to which the routes of many flights have been changed.

15 flights diverted

According to information received from the airport, 15 flights coming to Delhi had to be diverted due to poor visibility and strong winds. These included 10 domestic and 5 international flights. These flights were sent towards Jaipur and Lucknow. After the improvement in the weather, flight operations are gradually becoming normal.
