Raipur News: Today, a very emotional, intimate and public-related scene was seen in village Lokhan of Kabirdham district, when Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai not only accepted the simple invitation of an ordinary villager, but also converted it into a memorable moment with his behavior. While there was an atmosphere of excitement and curiosity in the village due to his arrival, this entire incident also brought alive the close relationship between the government and the common people. Today was the house warming ceremony of the new permanent house of village Lokhan resident Mohan Maravi. As soon as he got the information that the Chief Minister was on a visit to the village, he went straight to him without any delay and invited him to his home. This was an exceptionally loving request of a villager, which the Chief Minister accepted with the same ease and humility and made the occasion special by reaching his house.

As soon as the Chief Minister reached Mohan Maravi’s house, an intimate and family atmosphere was created there. Without any formality, with full love and affection, he broke the coconut, lit the lamp and performed the house warming ceremony with proper puja. During this time, the satisfaction, pride and happiness visible on the faces of the family members was a symbol of the fact that their dream house has now come true. The villagers present nearby also witnessed this moment enthusiastically and appreciated the simple style of the Chief Minister. During this intimate conversation, the Chief Minister smilingly asked Mohan – “Who is sending you the house?” To this Mohan replied with ease – “Modi ji.” This short interaction filled the entire atmosphere with emotional depth and shows how the implementation of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s guarantee is directly infusing hope and confidence into the lives of people.
Chief Minister Sai interacted in detail with Mohan Maravi and his family and learned about the process of construction of their new house. Mohan told that his house was built with the money received under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and his own hard work. Earlier his house was kutcha, but after the house was approved in the year 2024–25, he got the courage to build a permanent house. Despite limited resources, he himself built a strong and organized four-room house by making bricks, which is a symbol of his hard work, determination and self-reliance.
The Chief Minister wholeheartedly appreciated the quality, structure and hard work of the house. He said that when the government’s schemes actually reach the last person and people’s own hard work and participation is added to it, then only the real form of development comes to the fore. Describing this initiative as an excellent example of self-reliance, public participation and positive change, he said that only such efforts strengthen the foundation of the overall development of the state. Mohan Maravi also told that he received the amount under the scheme in three installments, which he used with full responsibility and wisdom. As a result, they were able to build a safe and respectable permanent house for their family. The Chief Minister heartily congratulated the entire family for the new house and wished them a bright future and described this occasion as an inspiring example for the village, which gives the message that every dream can come true with determination, hard work and coordination of government schemes.
