It’s so delicious that it’ll have you licking your fingers. You don’t need a mixer or grinding for hours on a mortar and pestle to make this chutney. You can simply chop it up. Rajasthani Dungri Chutney Recipe 

Step 1: To make the chutney, peel and wash one large onion and finely chop it. Finely chop one tomato and add it to the bowl. Add finely chopped coriander leaves. Finely crush 10-12 garlic cloves. Add 10-15 roasted peanuts and crush them thoroughly with the garlic. Mix the garlic and peanuts with the onion and tomato.

Step Two:  Add spices, including spicy red chili powder, salt, and a drizzle of warm mustard oil. You can adjust the amount of oil to your liking. We’re using about 2 tablespoons. Once the oil has cooled slightly, knead it thoroughly with your hands.

Step 3:  The delicious Dungri Tadka chutney is ready. Its flavor will outshine even the vegetables. Make this chutney once and try it. Its tangy taste will make your mouth water. You can also add a little lemon juice to it, which will add a bit of tang to the chutney.
