Rajnandgaon resort incident: Woman, 24, dies under mysterious circumstances; probe launched:

Read, Digital Desk : In Mangata’s Whistling Woods Resort, a young woman lost her life under mysterious circumstances. Several youths – male and female – had booked rooms at the resort. Police are probing the case.

One of them identified as 24-year-old Muskan Tiwari, a resident of Bhilai-3, dies under mysterious circumstances at Whistling Woods Resort in Mangata, in the Rajnandgaon district.

As per the Police, 6-7 young men along with 2 girls had been residing at the resort overnight. In the midst, one of the young ladies identified as Muskan’s health condition deteriorated. The locals rushed her to Medical College Hospital, but physicians declared her dead. The entire resort was thrown into panic on receiving the information.

ASP’s team probes into the case The Addl SP Kirtan Rathore says: We have conducted a thorough search of the spot and the team is questioning those present with her there.

They have also taken evidence from the spot for Forensic Science Lab (FSL) and the Crime Branch has also taken all the necessary evidence. Her body has been sent for post mortem to determine cause of death. Cause of death to be known from post mortem: ASP “At this stage there is no direct evidence, post-mortem and the FSL report will tell the cause of death, and a detailed investigation is underway.

Given the delicate nature, senior police officials have ordered a tighter security arrangement. The locals have expressed anger at the incident.” Police says, they will take appropriate action on the receipt of the report of the inquiry.
