Rajpal Yadav has penned an emotional note for Michael Jackson following the release of his highly acclaimed biopic Michael.
The Bhool Bhulaiyaa star took to Instagram to celebrate the film’s success after discovering the legendary singer’s deep admiration for the British silent-era comedian Charlie Chaplin.
Sharing a carousel of photos in which he sported a Jackson-inspired hat and recreated the singer’s signature move, the actor wrote in the caption, “The one whom the entire world was crazy about was himself a fan of Charlie Chaplin, hearing this brought great comfort to my heart! Many congratulations to the Jackson family and the entire team for such a commendable film. Michael Jackson truly was a wonder.”
For the unversed, Yadav has followed in the footsteps of Anupam Kher and Farah Khan, who have publicly defended the biopic amid mixed reviews.
The film, which was slated for release on April 24, 2026, has struck a chord at the box office despite negative buzz worldwide.
Michael stars Jaafar Jackson, Miles Teller, Colman Domingo, Nia Long, and Mike Myers in lead roles.
