Tezzbuzz Desk – Bollywood actress Rakul Preet Singh and producer Jackky Bhagnani are in the news these days for one of their statements. A line from a recent interview sparked debate on social media when their marriage was called a ‘situationship’. However, now Rakul has openly expressed her views on this entire controversy.
In fact, during an interview, Jackie had said in a light-hearted manner that “We are married, but our chemistry is like situationship.” This statement was taken in different ways and many types of reactions started coming on social media.
Seeing the controversy increasing, Rakul Preet Singh gave clarification through Instagram story. He wrote that it is not right to make a headline by picking just one line from an hour long conversation. He said that every thing has a context, it has depth, presenting it without understanding it can create a wrong narrative.
Rakul also pointed out that now is the time for platforms and media to understand their responsibilities and present content in a balanced manner and not just as clickbait.
Jackky Bhagnani had also made it clear in his statement that their relationship is completely committed. He said that the specialty of their marriage is that both can talk openly to each other and can be happy together without being dependent on anyone.
Rakul also supported the same thinking and said that their relationship is based on space and understanding. Both know how to be happy in their respective lives and instead of getting entangled in small things, they focus on big things.
It is noteworthy that Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani got married in Goa on 21 February 2024 after dating for about three years. A beautiful confluence of both Sikh and Sindhi traditions was seen in their wedding, the pictures of which went viral on social media.
Talking about the work front, Rakul will soon be seen in Pati Patni Aur Woh 2, which will be released in theaters on May 15.
