Ram Gopal Varma wrote in support of Ranveer Singh, “Ban FWICE, not Ranveer Singh. This ‘ban’ will ultimately become a big joke for FWICE. FWICE is neither a legal court nor a regulatory body authorized by the government. At best, it can be called a ‘Kangaroo Court’. This is because its decisions are often taken privately by a group of people already having a specific agenda. It is decided in the meetings and this group also includes those actors who are badly scared of the tremendous success of Ranveer Singh’s film Dhurandhar.”
