Bollywood Hungama has quoted sources in its report as saying that producer Namit Malhotra and his team are preparing to release Ramayana on a large scale. The makers want their film to be presented worldwide as India's biggest release. The team has been working for a long time to achieve this goal. The source said that choosing Sony Pictures for international distribution is also a part of this planning.
The report said, “In order for the film to reach the entire world and attract them, its 'Ramayana' has been dubbed in about 40 languages. The result will be that instead of relying on subtitles, the audience will be able to watch the film in the language they understand. This is the first time that an Indian film has been dubbed on such a large scale. The complete list of the languages ββin which the film has been dubbed will be released in a week or two.”
