The Reserve Bank of India announced 60 vacancies for Grade B officers across General, DEPR, and DSIM cadres.
The short notice appeared on April 28, with online applications opening on April 29 at rbi.org.in.
Candidates can apply until May 20. The selection process includes three stages: Prelims, Mains, and Interview. Successful candidates will earn a salary package of around ₹1,50,000 per month, making the post one of the most attractive opportunities in the banking sector.
Eligibility criteria vary by cadre. For General posts, candidates need a graduation with 60 per cent marks or post-graduation with 55 per cent. For DEPR and DSIM, a master’s degree in economics, statistics, or related fields is required. The age limit is 21 to 30 years.
Phase 1 exams for the General cadre will be held on June 13, while DEPR and DSIM exams are scheduled for June 14. Phase 2 exams will follow on July 25 and July 26.
