Ingredients to make Veg Fried Rice

  • 2-3 cups boiled rice
  • 1 tsp finely chopped carrot
  • 1 tsp finely chopped beans
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1/2 cup capsicum
  • 5-6 cabbages cut lengthwise
  • Baby corn cut into 4-5 pieces
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 large finely chopped green chillies

How to make Veg Fried Rice

  • Veg Fried Rice To make it, pour oil in a vessel and after it gets hot, first fry the cumin seeds.
  • After that fry ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
  • Then add carrots, beans, capsicum, cabbage and baby corn and fry.
  • Add remaining 2-3 cups of rice and mix well.
  • Then keep stirring the rice on high flame for some time.
  • Be careful that the rice does not break while doing this.
  • When it seems that the vegetables have been lightly fried, add salt, black pepper powder and soy sauce to it.
  • It has to be cooked for at least one minute.
