Rohit Chandel Stalked Minor Girl: A big incident has come to light in the case related to TV actor Rohit Chandel. Following the complaint of the victim, the police had registered a case against Rohit under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). According to the report of Times of India, Ghatkopar police had produced the accused in the court, from where he has been sent to jail.

Ghatkopar Police Senior Police Inspector Vitthal Laxman Ardekar said that he was arrested and presented in the court. After which the court had ordered to send him to jail. He further said that now this court will decide for how long Rohit Chandel will be kept in judicial custody. At the same time, the police say that the investigation of this matter is still going on and all aspects are being investigated.

The police officer says that Rohit Chandel did not deny that he used to go to meet the minor girl. He admitted that he used to go to meet her. The girl is a minor and has worked with them before. The girl alleges that Rohit was pressurizing her. He is a resident of Dahisar and used to visit Ghatkopar to meet him. Further, the police said that the victim girl had also blocked his number but he kept calling continuously from another number as well. Even after the girl’s refusal, he tried to contact her several times.
