He has become the first Indian batsman to score a century in One Day International cricket at the historic ground of Lord’s. In this match, Rohit played a stormy innings of 138 runs in 110 balls with the help of 17 fours and 5 sixes. Earlier in 2004, Sourav Ganguly had scored the highest score of 90 runs for India against England at Lord’s.

The record for scoring the fastest ODI century at Lord’s is in the name of Jos Buttler, who scored a century in 61 balls against Sri Lanka in 2014. Let us tell you, this is Rohit’s 51st century in ODI cricket. Apart from this, this was his 8th century on the soil of England.
