Royal Enfield recently showcased an almost production-ready version of the upcoming Himalayan 750 in Brazil. The motorcycle has been spotted testing multiple times, and the recent video shows the production version of the bike.
There are multiple videos of the Himalayan 750 from Brazil available online. In this video, we mostly get to see the rear and side profile of the motorcycle. The motorcycle’s design looks like a mix of the current Himalayan 450 and the original Himalayan 411. At the front, the motorcycle comes with a round headlamp with LED lights in it. There is a Royal Enfield logo in the centre of the light too.
We also noticed the tubeless spoke wheels with dual disc brakes at the front. The Himalayan would be the first motorcycle from the brand to get this feature. These are 19-inch wheels, and we also see the long-travel USD forks with preload and compression adjustability.
Coming to the side, you notice the chunky-looking fuel tank with a cowl on both sides extending towards the headlamp. The tank design looks like a bigger version of what we saw on the original Himalayan 411. It gets a split-seat setup, and we also noticed the rear monoshock and the 17-inch wheels. The tail section rises a bit like on any adventure motorcycle, and at the rear, there is a sleek-looking tail tidy with LED turn indicators that also come with integrated tail lamps.
The exhaust on the bike showcased in Brazil is finished in a brushed-metal finish, and we believe this is not the final version. The motorcycle showcased there was actually covered in mud and was finished in an all-black shade. This is because the motorcycle showcased is a near-production unit, not the actual production version.
The motorcycle comes loaded with features like cruise control, ride-by-wire, dual-channel ABS, and traction control. The motorcycle showcased a single-pod digital instrument cluster with a TFT display. The motorcycle is also expected to get Bluetooth connectivity, which would help with the Tripper navigation features and other notifications.
The motorcycle is based on a new platform and engine. The motorcycle will use an air-oil-cooled 750 cc twin-cylinder engine. While the official numbers are not out, this engine is expected to generate around 55 PS and 65 Nm of torque. It will be mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
Royal Enfield, as we all know, is extensively testing the Himalayan in India, and the official launch is expected to happen by the end of 2026 or early 2027. We also expect to see minor changes in terms of design when the motorcycle hits the production line. Royal Enfield might offer two versions of the Himalayan 750 in the market.
One of them would be a road-biased variant, which might come with alloy wheels, and for those who are looking for a hardcore adventure tourer, the company will offer one with spoke rims. Both motorcycles will be offered with the same set of features, with probably the only difference being the wheels.
