Royal Enfield has received an overwhelming response from Indian customers for the Shotgun 650 Limited Edition bike launched on July 15, 2026. All 25 vehicles earmarked for the Indian market were sold out in just 3 minutes after bookings opened. The booking process was done on Royal Enfield’s official app and website.
The company has created this special bike in collaboration with the famous ‘Rough Crafts’ custom builder. Only 100 units of this variant will be sold worldwide, out of which 25 units were reserved for the Indian market. The ex-showroom price of this bike in India has been kept at Rs 5.75 lakh.
Huge global interest According to Royal Enfield, more than 9,000 bike enthusiasts from all over the world had registered to buy these 100 special bikes. To participate in this sale, customers were required to register in the ‘Drop Zone’ on the company’s app or website between July 15, 2026 and July 30, 2026.

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts: What’s special ?
This special edition, based on the custom motorcycle ‘Caliber Royale’, was unveiled at EICMA 2025. The bike was later showcased at ‘Motoverse 2025’ held in Goa.

Attractive design and premium features,
- Color Theme: This bike has been given an attractive look in dual-tone colors of Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black. Along with this, gold leaf style stripes and gray shading have been given on the body panels.
- Limited Edition Number: The bike’s petrol tank has a special number and a brass collaboration badge for this special edition.
Apart from this, black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seats, contrast-cut alloy wheels and gold fork inner tubes give the bike a more premium and sporty look.
Buyers of this bike will be gifted a gold-on-black sketch artwork of the Caliber Royale, signed and numbered by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh.
