The production company has rejected all the reports claiming that the film is facing difficulties in getting certification from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

The company clarified in a statement released on its official social media handle that the film has not yet been sent to CBFC for certification. In such a situation, there is no basis for the news of stopping the certification or any kind of objection.

The company told what is the whole matter

The statement issued said that All the news related to CBFC certification of ‘Mathrubhoomi: May War Rest in Peace’ is completely wrong and baseless. Since the film has not yet been submitted to the Board for certification, the suggestion of any obstruction in the certification is not factual.

Appeal not to spread news without confirmation

Salman Khan Films has appealed to media organizations and social media users to avoid sharing unverified information. The company said that every official update related to the film will be released only through its official platform.

Film ready for release on 15th August

This clarification has come at a time when various discussions were going on regarding the CBFC certification of the film. After the company’s statement it has become clear that the certification process has not started yet.
