New Delhi: Leaders of America, Israel, Russia, Nepal, Singapore, Bhutan, Maldives and Australia extended best wishes on India's 80th Independence Day. All the leaders talked about strengthening their countries' relations with India, increasing cooperation and taking the friendship forward. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, while congratulating the people of India on Independence Day, said that due to the personal relationship between President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, US-India relations are continuously strengthening.
He said that the friendship and family ties between the people of the two countries are the foundation of a partnership that is innovative, strong and moving towards the future. Cooperation between the two countries is increasing in areas like defence, energy security, critical minerals, artificial intelligence, space cooperation and trade. Israeli President Isaac Herzog congratulated President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the people of India on the 80th Independence Day. He said that this beautiful friendship between Israel and India should be further strengthened. Israel's Foreign Ministry also congratulated India.
Russia congratulated
Russian President Vladimir Putin, congratulating President Draupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said that India is making remarkable progress in the economic, social, scientific and technological fields.
