Tezzbuzz Desk- Samsung has introduced its new Galaxy Book 6 laptop in the global market. The company has launched it with 14-inch WUXGA display, Intel Core 5 processor and Galaxy AI features. Its battery is claimed to last for 25 hours on a single charge.
Samsung has introduced a new option for laptop buyers. Galaxy Book 6 It has currently been launched in America. In this, the company has also focused on better performance and connected experience between Galaxy devices. The laptop has the option of up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage. However, the company has not yet shared any official information regarding the launch date of Galaxy Book 6 in India.
The starting price of Samsung Galaxy Book 6 is $799 i.e. around Rs 75,800. This price is for its base model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The company has also introduced the laptop with the option of 16GB RAM. Apart from 256GB, options of 512GB and 1TB are available for storage. This laptop is available in violet silver and gray colors.
14 inch WUXGA display
In Galaxy Book 6 1A 4 inch WUXGA LCD display is provided. Its resolution is 1,920 x 1,200 pixels and the aspect ratio of the screen is 16:10. The peak brightness of the display is 350 nits. It also has anti-reflective coating, which helps in reducing the glare of light falling on the screen.
You will get smart experience with Galaxy AI
Samsung has also included Galaxy AI features in the new laptop. Apart from this, Galaxy Book 6 gets the facility to be used by connecting it with other Galaxy devices. In this for performance IOption up to ntel Core 5 processor is given. The laptop has 15 TOPS NPU, up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB PCIe storage. This is Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro 25H2 But it works.
Camera and audio features
in laptop for video calling A 2 megapixel camera is provided, which supports 1080p full HD video recording. Dual-array digital microphone is also available in it. Stereo speakers for audio and Dolby Atmos Has been supported, which is expected to provide better sound experience while watching videos and listening to music.
Many ports will be available in connectivity
For connectivity, Galaxy Book 6 has two USB Type-C ports, one USB Type-A port, HDMI 1.4 and 3.5mm headphone/microphone jack. Output support up to 4K resolution at 30Hz is available through the HDMI port. For wireless connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4.
Battery will last for 25 hours
Samsung Galaxy Book 6 has a 61.2Wh battery. A 45W adapter is available with it. The company claims that the laptop can run for 25 hours once it is fully charged. Currently Galaxy Book 6 has been launched in America. Official information is still awaited from Samsung regarding when it will be launched in the Indian market.
