If they have taken the weapon from such a person, then they were fully aware of his criminal history. The benefit of the Offender Probation Act is for first-time offenders who are actually innocent but get caught in unfortunate circumstances. If I had not inspired them at that time, the media would have made me the villain. Everyone was against me.
