The graduation ceremony of the 39th batch of students was held at King Fahd Naval College located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Deputy Minister Prince Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf participated in this program on behalf of the Defense Minister. This day was very special for the new naval officers who completed their rigorous training and are now ready to serve the country.

What happened at the graduation ceremony
The ceremony started with the Royal Anthem when the Deputy Minister arrived there. After this, verses from the Holy Quran were read and the Commander of King Fahd Naval College gave a formal speech. During the programme, the college banner was handed over and all the graduates took their official oath. After the announcement of the results, the Deputy Minister honored the best performing students and all the graduates were given their military ranks.
