Saudi Prince Death: An investigation in the UK has revealed that a 29-year-old Saudi prince died after consuming a dangerous combination of alcohol, party drugs and prescription medications in a luxury hotel in London. Prince Abdullah bin Fahd bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Jalawi Al Saud was found dead in his room at the Marriott Hotel in Kensington on 25 November, according to evidence presented at the Inner West London Coroner’s Court. He died due to cardiac arrest (heart failure) due to taking various types of drugs.

Hotel staff found Prince unconscious

For your information, let us tell you that Prince Abdullah stayed in the hotel on 19 November, where the room rate for one night was around £600. He was going to stay there for a week. CCTV footage showed him leaving the hotel to smoke a cigarette the evening before his death; This was the last time he was seen alive. The next day, a hotel cleaner went to Prince’s fifth-floor room and found him lying fully clothed on the bathroom floor. The hotel staff immediately informed the emergency services, but the paramedics could not revive him. He was declared dead on the spot. The investigation found that there was no evidence of any third person’s role in this and CCTV footage showed that the Prince was alone in his last hours.

Toxicology report came out

Toxicology tests found that Prince Abdullah’s blood alcohol content was 222mg per 100ml, almost three times the legal limit for drink driving in England. Experts told the court that the alcohol level alone was high enough to cause a coma. Investigators also found dangerous levels of gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB), commonly known as a party drug. Additionally, toxicology tests also found traces of cannabis, Xanax and other anti-anxiety drugs in therapeutic amounts. Medical experts concluded that the combined effects of these substances caused cardiac arrest, which killed the Prince.
