New Delhi: German rock band Scorpions have cancelled their much-anticipated Coming Home India tour due to unforeseen medical issues affecting band members, leaving fans across multiple cities disappointed. The organisers have assured that all ticket holders will receive full refunds.

The announcement comes just days before the tour was set to begin, prompting an outpouring of reactions from fans who were eagerly awaiting the band’s return to India after several years.

Tour called off days before kickoff

The Coming Home India tour was scheduled to commence on April 21 in Shillong, followed by performances in Delhi-NCR on April 24, Bengaluru on April 26, and Mumbai on April 30.

The concerts were being produced and promoted by BookMyShow, which confirmed the cancellation through an official statement shared on social media.

Refunds assured for ticket holders

In its statement, the organisers assured fans that refunds for all purchased tickets will be processed automatically. The refund process is expected to be completed within 7 to 10 working days.

Fans have been advised that no additional action is required from their side, as the amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
