Shahrukh Khan mourns Nana Patekar Death:The entire film world is saddened by the demise of veteran actor Nana Patekar. Nana Patekar said goodbye to the world on October 8 at the age of 75. After the news of his demise, all the stars of the film industry remembered him and paid tribute. ‘King Khan’ Shahrukh Khan has also shared an emotional post on social media remembering Nana Patekar.
Shahrukh Khan shared an old picture of himself with Nana Patekar and recalled many memories associated with him. The actor said that Nana was not just a colleague for him, but also a mentor, teacher, critic and friend.
Nana gave a special lesson to Shahrukh in the first meeting
Shahrukh Khan shared the story of his first meeting with Nana Patekar in his post. they wrote-“When I met him for the first time, I started fixing my hair out of nervousness and hesitation. He shook my hand and said, ‘Don’t do your hair like a hero… you are an actor’! He was not a coy person. He would not say what you wanted to hear, but what you needed to hear. Nana was like that—simple, a little strict, honest and he had a lovely smile.”
Nana’s love was hidden even in scolding.
Shahrukh Khan told how much he loved his maternal grandfather. He said, “His way of expressing love was always unique. They would first yell at you, and then, after the third or fourth scolding, you would realize that they were hugging you. He loved me very much and I also loved him very much. He was my mentor, teacher, critic and friend, who repeatedly defeated me and everyone around him in the game of carrom and enjoyed his victory.”
“Nana, your enthusiasm, laughter, frankness and love will always be with us. I wish we had had more time to talk more, argue one more time, drink another cup of tea and play carrom. You have left a void not only in the world of cinema but also in the hearts of all Indians and people around the world,”

Feeling emotional, Shahrukh prayed for the peace of Nana Patekar’s soul and wrote, “All I can say is that I will miss you a lot and will always cherish your words in my heart… ‘Don’t lose yourself as an actor in the pursuit of becoming a hero.’ Nana, may your soul rest in peace and may Allah bless you. Even heaven will be blessed when you reach there… An excellent actor and an unmatched carrom champion. Love you so much and will miss you so much!! Gone too soon, my hero actor! RIP.”

Nana Patekar died after cardiac arrest
Nana Patekar died on 8 October at the age of 75. According to the doctor, the actor was brought to a hospital in Goa after cardiac arrest. His condition was very serious by the time he reached the hospital.
The doctor said that efforts were made for about 45 minutes to an hour to save Nana. He was also given cardiac massage, but despite all efforts his life could not be saved.
