Such videos and photos are continuously emerging from Chinese social media platforms, in which it is being claimed that the number of Indians in Singapore is increasing rapidly. Not only this, Chinese users have taken pictures of some areas and exaggerated them to show that Hinduism is completely dominating Singapore.

    Not only this, in these posts from Chinese social media it is also being claimed that the maximum number of people of Indian origin are present in the administrative area of ​​Singapore. Along with this, the local Malay community has been warned that if they do not pay attention then in the future Singapore will be taken over by Indians.

    The Singapore government has taken this type of inflammatory material coming from Chinese social media seriously. Singapore’s Deputy Home Minister Edwin Tong stressed that the state is prepared to do anything to protect its sovereign social structure. It cannot be spoiled by any external force. The local government has confirmed it is adopting a zero tolerance policy towards digital threats.

Currently, using the law, the Singapore government has banned all these posts from YouTube, X and Facebook for Singapore users.
