The second limited edition Skoda Octavia RS has been launched in the Indian automobile market at a price of ₹56.69 lakh (ex-showroom). This is a direct increase of ₹6.70 lakh compared to the first batch's price of ₹49.99 lakh. This new batch is very limited i.e. only 50 units and the customers will start receiving delivery from next week.
Engine and powerful performance
The sedan is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol four-cylinder engine that generates 265 hp of power and 370 Nm of torque. The engine sends power to the front wheels through a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox. The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.4 seconds, while its top speed is limited to 250 km/h. It includes sports suspension, progressive steering and sporty exhaust system for a superior driving experience.

Attractive exterior design
Compared to the regular model, this performance sedan has been given a more aggressive and sporty look. The front of the car gets a gloss-black grille, RS-specific bumpers and LED matrix headlights. The side profile features 19-inch alloy wheels, red brake calipers, black exterior details, dual exhaust outlets and distinctive RS badging.

Premium interior and modern features
The cabin of the car gets RS sports seats, 3-spoke multifunction steering wheel and 13-inch infotainment touchscreen with 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. Apart from this, it gets high-end features like dual-zone climate control, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, Canton premium sound system, electrically adjustable and heated front seats and a panoramic sunroof.
