On 27 September 2026, an important meeting was held at Samajwadi Party District Office Sonbhadra for teacher and graduate MLC elections. It was presided over by Samajwadi Party District President Ram Nihor Yadav and conducted by District General Secretary Mohammad Saeed Qureshi. Teachers and graduate MLC division in-charge Chhotalal Singh Kharwar MP Rawatsganj and Deepchand Ram were present in the program.
Addressing the meeting, Samajwadi Party District President Ram Nihor Yadav said that it is the responsibility of all the workers and office bearers to work from today itself for the historic victory of teacher candidate Lal Bihari Yadav and graduate candidate Ashutosh Singha MLC candidates and meet each and every respectable voter and work towards making the Samajwadi Party candidates win.
Addressing the meeting, Mandal in-charge Chhotalal Singh Kharwar MP and Deepchand Ram said that Samajwadi Party is the only party which works to take every society together and fight their battles from the streets to the House. It is your responsibility to work hard and win for the candidates nominated for MLC by Samajwadi Party National President and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav.
Addressing the meeting, teacher MLC candidate Lal Bihari Singh Yadav said that Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav has given us an opportunity to serve among you again by trusting us again. I appeal to you respected voters that the way you people voted for us in the House for the first time in a historic manner and we fought for you in every possible way. Then you people should work to win me with a historic vote so that I get a chance to serve you again.
