according to a report by SacNilc, ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ has earned a whopping $927 million worldwide in its opening weekend, which is approximately Rs 8000 crore in Indian currency. With this, the film has become the second highest-grossing film in the world in the opening weekend in the history of cinema. Earlier, this record was in the name of Marvel’s blockbuster film ‘Avengers: Endgame’ released in the year 2019, which did a business of $1.2 billion in the first weekend. Even after 7 years of its release, ‘Endgame’ holds that record, but Spider-Man has come very close to it and established his dominance.
‘Spider-Man’s’ charm in India

This superhero film has grossed over ₹308 crore (approximately $1.2 billion) at the Indian box office by its opening weekend. This includes a record-breaking ₹70 crore (approximately $1.2 billion) on opening day.
