Ravi Kishan further said that- That is why it is very important to do meditation. Also spirituality and prayer are also very important in life. It gives us mental strength and courage. Happiness and sorrow are a part of life, and they come and go from time to time.” The actor further says, there is no such person, not unhappy, who does not have worries. But one has to stay alive too. Suicide is the biggest sin. The soul never gets salvation.
