Materials:

  • Raw curry
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves
  • Red chillies
  • Chaat masala
  • Black salt

Action:

  • To make a chilled curry mojito, first, wash the curry with clean water and remove the skin. Then cut into fine pieces.
  • Heat water in a pot and add curry pieces to it and cook it. After the water boils completely, turn off the heat and add the curry paste to the mixer.
  • Add sugar and mint leaves to curry paste and make a fine paste.
  • Add the prepared paste in a glass and mix it with roasted cumin powder, red chillies and chaat masala, black salt.
  • Then add ice cubes and soda to it and serve Mojito to drink.
  • Ready Instant Chilled Curry Mojito.
