  • 1 cup 55% dark chocolate (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened whipping cream
  • Vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk

  • For this first heat water in a big pan and put a bowl of chocolate on it and melt it.
  • You can also add coconut oil to this if you want, it adds softness and shine.
  • Now take a small paper cup to shape the ice cream.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the glass and carefully spread the chocolate around the edges.
  • Note that you don’t want to fill the glass, just the edges to create a hard chocolate sheet on the outside.
  • Put all the prepared glasses in the freezer, so that the chocolate hardens properly and forms its layers.
  • Now take the sugar free whipped cream in a bowl and mix it with vanilla essence and continue beating.
  • Add condensed milk to this whipped cream and beat again a little, so that both are well mixed.
  • Pour the prepared mixture into a chocolate coated paper glass and cover the glass with gold foil.
  • Now cut a small slit in the middle of this file and add ice cream sticks in it. (will be readily available in the market)
  • Keep all the prepared glasses in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours to freeze.
  • Now, fill the empty space in the cup with the remaining melted chocolate. It will harden immediately.
