Sunil Pal Samay Raina controversy: The heated debate between famous comedian Sunil Pal and internet sensation Samay Raina has now taken a new and shocking turn. According to recent reports, Sunil Pal has claimed that he was given a huge offer of Rs 25 lakh to participate in the reality show ‘India’s Got Latent Season 2’.

Sunil Pal, a long-time and outspoken critic of modern ‘roasting culture’, has always criticized the clean language format of ‘India’s Got Talent’. However, while talking to the paparazzi in Mumbai, the ‘India’s Got Talent’ winner recalled a conversation he had with Samay Raina regarding a big invitation.

According to Sunil Pal, the amount offered was quite good but there was no talk about not using abusive language in the OTT show. Sunil Pal told the media, “They asked to give ₹25 lakh, but I said, ‘I will not use abusive language’.”

During the conversation, the photographers drew Pal’s attention to the fact that big Bollywood stars like Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, who had attended the grand premiere of season 2 as guests to promote their film ‘Alpha’, had also not used any objectionable language.

As per his style, Sunil Pal did not accept this clarification, rather he took a sharp and poetic taunt at Alia Bhatt. The rift between Sunil Pal and Samay Raina is nothing new. The feud is said to have started during the first season of ‘India’s Got Latent’ in 2025, when Pal had even said that some modern stand-up comedians should be reprimanded for spreading obscenity.

Samay later hit back during his ‘Still Alive’ act, calling Pal “insecure and frustrated”. Recently, during the launch of Season 2 on Netflix and YouTube, this enmity flared up again when Samay targeted Pal by repeating one of his viral jokes.
