According to reports, he died after falling from the floor of a high-rise building in Malad area of ​​Mumbai on the intervening night of 8 and 9 June 2020. Whereas Sushant died on 14 June 2020. A hearing was going on in the Bombay High Court regarding the investigation into Disha's death, the hearing of which has been completed today i.e. on 28th July. The court has reserved its decision on the petition demanding registration of FIR in this case.

Court raises questions on the investigation into the death of Sushant's ex-manager

Disha's father Satish Salian has filed a petition in the court alleging rape and murder. For which he demanded to register a case. According to media reports, during the hearing, the court raised many questions regarding Disha's Inquest Panchnama. The court questioned the government lawyer on the mention of Disha Salian's inquest panchanama that there were no clothes on her dead body. The court asked that there were no clothes on Disha's body, it is mentioned in the hospital's Panchnama, then who had removed those clothes? Why was that doctor's statement not taken?

At the same time, the government lawyer told the court that the Panchnama regarding the absence of clothes on his body was prepared by the hospital and not by the incident site. The government lawyer also showed the photo of the hospital after Disha's death and also presented the photo of the clothes on the dead body in the court. Along with this, the judge also asked questions to the lawyer regarding the photo. The court asked whether the blood only came from the mouth after falling from such a height? The court asked how a tooth could break after falling from the 14th floor? There are not many wounds visible on the face. On this, the government lawyer said that she had fallen on her face while falling from a height, had suffered a skull fracture, had suffered a serious injury to her jaw and had other injuries as well.

'How did the main bone not fracture even after falling from a height?'

The court asked many questions to the lawyer. During the hearing, the court said that we do not have to draw any conclusion in this matter yet but we have to see whether there is really anything to doubt. The court asked the lawyer that you are saying that she fell on her face, then how come there was no main bone fracture? On this, the lawyer clarified that there is information about fracture of teeth and the injuries caused by the fall of every body are different.

Father hopes for justice from court

At the same time, Disha Salian's father expressed hope for justice from the court and said that he has faith in the court. He said, 'After six years, he feels that now he, his daughter and his wife will get justice. Accusing the closure report filed by the police, he said that the closure report filed by the police was completely fake and the true facts were not presented in it. This report was prepared with the aim of protecting the accused. He said that he had reached the hospital on the day of Disha's death. The same day the police took his statement and asked him if he suspected anyone. He had said at that time that he did not suspect anyone right now and that it would be seen later. Two-three days later he was called to Malvani police station. There the police asked questions about Disha's education, her school-college, job and the people working with her.
