Swati Maliwal joins BJP, praises PM Modi and attacks Kejriwal strongly

Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal made a big announcement on Saturday and confirmed her joining BJP. Breaking the nearly two-decade old relationship with AAP, Maliwal expressed full confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and made sharp attacks on Arvind Kejriwal.

After Raghav Chadha, Sandeep Pathak and Ashok Mittal joined BJP on Friday, this decision of Swati Maliwal has further stoked the fire of rebellion in the Aam Aadmi Party. Till now many Rajya Sabha MPs have left AAP.

Swati Maliwal joined BJP

After joining BJP, Swati Maliwal clearly said that she has taken this decision not under any pressure, but because of trusting the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He appealed to the people that whoever wants to do constructive politics should join BJP.

Swati Maliwal’s sharp attack

Swati Maliwal fiercely targeted Arvind Kejriwal. She said, I was with Kejriwal since 2006, supported him in every movement, but he got me beaten by a goon in his own house. When I raised my voice, I was intimidated and threatened. Pressure was put on me to withdraw the FIR. Maliwal termed Kejriwal as anti-women and said that in the last two years, he was not given a chance to speak in the Parliament even once, which is very shameful.

Praise of PM Modi and Amit Shah

Swati Maliwal said that on one hand Arvind Kejriwal is known for corruption and hooliganism, while on the other hand Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the most popular leader in the world. He said, be it during ‘Operation Sindoor’, when we entered the houses of the enemies and killed them and eliminated Naxalism from the country, or introducing the Women’s Reservation Bill in Parliament, PM Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah have taken historic decisions for the development of the country. I have joined BJP not out of any compulsion, but because I have faith in the leadership of PM Modi. I appeal to all those who want to do constructive politics to join BJP.
