However, Tanmay says that as soon as the camera is on, he forgets his pain and plays the character of Bagha with full energy. Recently, in an interview given to Telechakkar, Tanmay Vekariya told that playing the character of Bagha for so long has taken a toll on his back. He said that now he feels pain even while standing straight normally. Tanmay said, “After playing this character for so many years, my back hurts even when I stand straight. But I still like the character of Bagha. As soon as I get into the character, I forget my pain. At that time, my entire focus is only on my acting and entertaining the audience.”

The actor told that the set of ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ is like a second family for him. The positive environment there always gives them new energy. He said that the entire team works like a family and every artist tries to ensure that the audience gets to see something new and interesting in every episode. Tanmay said, “I go to the set every day happy. The atmosphere there is always positive. Perhaps this is the reason why we are able to create new and entertaining episodes for the audience even after so many years.”

Emotional remembering father Arvind Vekariya

The last few weeks have been very difficult for Tanmay Vekariya in his personal life also. On July 8, he shared an emotional video on social media remembering his late father Arvind Vekaria. The video included many memorable moments spent with his father. Along with this, while writing an emotional post, he said that his father was not only his father, but also his first guru, guide and biggest source of inspiration. He wrote that his father not only taught him acting but also taught him how to live life. Tanmay said that he will always remember his father and will always love him.

Tanmay had lost his mother before his father’s death. Some time ago, he had told in an interview that during the shooting of the show, he suddenly remembered his mother and he could not control himself. Tears came out of his eyes during the shooting, after which the shooting had to be stopped for some time. He told that his mother was his biggest fan and loved to see him in the role of Bagha. Tanmay said that when he realized that his mother would never be able to watch his new episodes, he became emotional.
