Kotian, who bowls off-spin and bats right-handed, was recently with the Mumbai team in the Vijay Hazare Trophy in Ahmedabad. According to the information, Kotian will leave for Australia on Tuesday. However, no official announcement has been made.
Great performance in domestic cricket
26-year-old Tanush is considered one of India's best all-rounders in domestic cricket. He had earlier also toured Australia with the India A team, which was held before the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
The young all-rounder has played 33 first-class matches so far, in which he has taken 101 wickets. His bowling average is 25.70. Recently, he performed brilliantly in the Ranji Trophy match between Mumbai and Baroda and gave the team a significant lead by taking five wickets.
Kotian's performance in the last Ranji season was excellent. Mumbai defeated Vidarbha by 169 runs to win their 43rd title, and Kotian was named player of the tournament. He played 10 matches in the season and scored 502 runs and took 29 wickets.
